New Product Launch: Advancing ESD Protection Solutions

At this exhibition, EDL officially launched two new product lines:

These products are specifically designed for industries with strict electrostatic control requirements, such as precision electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and cleanroom environments. They provide safer and more reliable mobility solutions for modern industrial applications.

In addition, EDL showcased its full range of mature product series:

  • 26 / 36 Series — Lightweight and flexible for precision equipment

  • 50 / 66 Series — Durable and versatile for general industrial use

  • 73 / 78 Heavy-duty Series — High load capacity for heavy machinery

  • M Series Equipment Casters — Engineered for professional equipment

  • Stainless Steel Series — Corrosion-resistant for harsh environments

Each product reflects EDL’s commitment to quality, durability, and safety.

Strong On-site Engagement and Immediate Orders

During the exhibition, EDL welcomed visitors from across China and international markets. The booth remained highly active, with continuous inquiries and in-depth discussions.

Remarkably, orders were secured on the very first day of booth setup. These customers were primarily exhibition contractors who frequently use carts and mobile equipment. They reported that their current casters often fail prematurely due to poor durability.

Upon seeing EDL products, they immediately recognized the superior build quality and placed orders on the spot. Some even collected their goods on the final day of the exhibition.

Real Industry Case: Solving Harsh Environment Challenges

Beyond visitors, many exhibitors also showed strong interest in EDL products.

One manufacturer of cutting fluid filtration systems shared a persistent issue:

Their equipment previously used aluminum-core PU casters, but due to harsh workshop conditions—metal debris, lubricants, and chemical exposure—the wheels frequently suffered:

  • Surface damage

  • Chemical degradation

  • Debonding and failure

This resulted in frequent replacements, increasing both maintenance costs and customer complaints.

After evaluating the application scenario and load requirements, EDL recommended:

EDL 50 Series – 5-inch High-strength Nylon Casters:50125L-505-26

Key advantages:

  • Oil-resistant and corrosion-resistant material

  • High hardness to withstand metal debris

  • Strong load capacity

  • Significantly extended service life

Additionally, all EDL products come with a 2-year warranty, ensuring reliable after-sales support.

Many customers reported that EDL casters can last up to 10 years or more under normal use. Although the initial cost is slightly higher, the long-term savings in maintenance, replacement, and downtime make it a highly cost-effective upgrade.
